A compassionate and modest entrepreneur to bring the Facility Management Services to its best, Mr. E Veeresham founded Nipoon Services 14 years ago with lots of passion to reach out with its industry best service models and also giving a good and modest life to all of his work-force.

Having rich expertise in IFMS industry of more than 25 years, he leads the core team and himself driving force for all.

Mr. E Veeresham is a firm believer of sustainable business practices emphasizing on research, innovation, transparency, business ethics and leaner corporate structures that has helped to shape Nipoon Services into what it is today - an organization of repute, recognized industry-wide for progressive people practices and high standards of Services

M KRISHNA ARJUN RAO

GM – Human Resources

Mr. Arjun has been with Nipoon Services since 2008 and is currently holding the entire gamut of HR Operations. During this period, he has been involved in various operational activities to bring the HR Operations in its excellence today and promoted and nurtured his team with knowledge and care.

His extended-support to its team is being appreciated throughout the organisation.

D K ASHOK KUMAR

GM – Operations

Mr. Ashok’s dependability, reliability, and responsibility are the most widely appreciated throughout the organisation. He has been associated with Nipoon Services last 10 years and heading the entire Facility Operations with a specialised experience in the pharmaceutical industry facility management services.

Being heading the Operations vertical, he is passionate and dedicated towards innovated best service models which are the inspiration for the new comers.

RANJAN KUMAR SARKAR

Mr. Ranjan is an accomplished professional of 24 years of rich experience targeting challenging assignments in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Administration & Facility Management along with contribution towards the development of marketing strategy, promoting Nipoon Brand with core Business Development planning.

Instituting best HR practices, cost effective trainings, competency mapping, performance management, Steering Projects Administration including Labors Supply Management, Labors Welfare, all FM soft services mainly house keeping, related training and development are the best part which have optimized value across overall organizational processes and development.

Additional accountability of developing new business PAN India successfully being implemented in Facility Management Services.

SYED MAJEED ABDUL

HEAD - Training & Quality

Mr. Abdul is an Experienced Faculty in field of Hospitality industry for last 11 years conducted numerous sessions of trainings, workshops and seminars throughout difference industries in and out of country.

Resourceful, dedicated working professional developed contemporary teaching methods incorporating AV activities and technological advancement to bring quality in operational excellence.
